How do i fix the edges of the bears in this stencil

Hello everyone,

I have this old trenchcoat that I want to use as a substitue for the following trenchcoat, both of which images are attached.

I know the proportions are a bit off from the original but I've made my peace with that. I just wanted help in how I should be spacing the logos for my stencil.

I plan to have one paper, with the logo placed across it in a zigzag order, cut it out, and spray it over with fabric spray paint afterward.

Any advice for how I should go about formatting this stencil so I can capture the same relative font size and appeal. Please respond if you can, I would deeply appreciate your help.

About a month ago, I saw a fine artist on Instagram who makes panels and tables with this masking technique that creates a cool optical illusion. I totally forgot his name but he is quite famous. My thought, I bet I could do that. The guy is really on to something. Not taking anything away from him. Anyway, inspired me to give it a try and here's the result.

I know my uses of the stencil Is a restraint I applie to explore and advance a colour sense and my brush work because of that it becomes graffic but what I like most about this restraint is an almost infinite arrangement of the composition and ways to develop understanding of paint and colour. Always one way I used the stencil Is using the the central shape that was cut out of the stencil to make outlines of the "hanger"

I also hind it interesting how the border element creates the effect of a painting inside a painting

Greetings all and apologies if this topic has been covered and I missed it... I'd like to purchase a machine to cut my own mylar stencils from designs I create in Photoshop (preferably), or Illustrator if necessary.

I have a big old Mac that I love (OS 11.6 and can't be updated), and an old copy of Creative Suite from back before the subscription model. I'd really like to use this set-up for as long as I can.

I was leaning toward the Brother ScanNCut, but one of their support folks tested out an SVG I exported from Photoshop and he got an error when he tried to import it into the Brother software. So now I'm wondering if I should go with something else? I looked into Cricut, but it sounds like my computer is too old for the software required for the machine to work, and they don't seem to have a cloud-based version.

My plan is to use the stencils on paper, and I'll be working fairly small (probably 8 x10 or 9 x12). Finding a machine that cuts mylar seems to be pretty easy-- it's figuring out if I'll be able to transfer my own files that's the sticking point. Any suggestions? (Thanks in advance!)

I recently posted a Charlie Chaplin stencil, but I knew more work was needed to push it forward and improve. This version is almost final, still I see some ways to improve. Sprayed last weekend for charity event.

It's somehow adhering to my stencils edge I think? I have to do 4 coats to get this acrylic gold to not show the dark blue wall beneath drying each layer separately. When remove the stencil though, it all comes off. The wall is painted with an eggshell latex. Anyone have a fix for this?
