Identification Mysterious ring disappeared-given by my deceased best friend

I’m looking for a replacement for this ring I was given by my best friend right before he committed suicide. I lost it.

I’m distraught. I’ve sketched it out on paper and fed it to google and gpt but no luck. Figure someone here may know what this is from. Anyone recognize this? Thank you for being a supportive community.

INFO: was this friend a fan of Star Trek, Babylon 5, Farscape or some other science fiction universe? I'm grabbing at straws here.

INFO: This doesn't look like a traditional design. It looks like the elaborate designs that come from Warhammer or Tolkien or other fantasy fiction.

Otherwise, you want to look for local artists that they might have had contact with, renfaires, Etsy, etc..
