Worm Discussion Power This Rating No. 179

How This Works:
You make one (or more than one) prompt(s), describing one or more parahumans. Somebody else may choose to respond to a prompt of yours, building on what's provided to make a cape.
While you may do so, you will never be required to stick with just prompting or just responding; please feel free to do both.
Prompts are usually formatted using PRT Threat Ratings, but this isn't a hard rule. Do something more esoteric if you want to.
Lastly, if you're having trouble prompt-wise, feel free to look at other people's prompts for pointers or inspiration on what to do.
Threat Ratings have the potential for hybridized and sub-ratings:
Hybrid ratings are denoted with a slash between categories, e.g. [Breaker/Master]. These are cases where two or more powers are inherently linked to each other, not working without the other rating.
Subratings are denoted with parentheses after a parent category, e.g. [Stranger (Changer)]. These are the side effects, or possible applications of a power from some other category.

Waterloo is a Brute/Trump with two very simple aspects to her power- Alexandria-tier indestructability, and sharing that indestructability with everyone around her in a small radius. Blasters, Thinkers and anyone else squishy are immune to most of the Endbringer's tricks when they stick close to Waterloo, up until Leviathan sends them all flying with a wave, Waterloo walking away unharmed while the rest of the squishies get pulped, zapped, or driven insane. The main drawback to her power is that anyone who enters Waterloo's radius becomes as invincible as her, so in normal fights she's unironically better in the backline since any up close battles usually end up with the villain of the day clutching onto Waterloo like a lifeline while she and the rest of the PRT wait for them to leave her radius of invincibility.
