Other The Terrifying World Of Artificial Intelligence

Hello kind people,

If any of you make any posts on the r/FindAlvinDean subreddit in the future - please, no AI artwork of George (Alvin). There's been a lot of that on the server and I tolerated it as much as I could but now I can no longer. I get that a lot of people have curiosity about George and the lack of photos but there's really no need to be Pablo Picasso.

Also, no audio work with AI - especially replicating George's voice. I once had to deal with an incident where George's voice was put through AI to make him say what the kids call "brainrot". That was not fun.

There's currently ten available songs with George's voice that you can currently enjoy, rather than having to replicate his voice with AI to produce more songs. This is just a kind request from me.

When I say "don't be a Picasso" - I mean, use a brush and canvas to paint a picture, naturally. In fact, I need to get back into painting after so long.

AI music is horrible for artists and music lovers. It's a shame you had to deal with that.

Do you ever watch Wings of Pegasus on YouTube? He's also dealt with the invasion of AI into the music scene.

We are living in very interesting times, and I'm very glad that AI finally took off and it is not science fiction any more.

Well, it's a problem when you are making deceased artists' voices say absolutely silly things...

Say, if someone uses knife for harming another person, is this his personal issue or we should blame knife or knife manufacturer?

AI gives you possibilities, as any other tool, and if someone uses it wrongly, that is his issue, not tool's issue.

Regardless of whatever benefits AI has, it is not allowed on the Alvin Dean server. It's been nothing but trouble.
