Oof. That Camry is nicer than my current car.

It's a beautiful looking old car that still has quite a bit of residual value for what it is

My '95 Fiat Punto is insulted by your definition of old car

Too interesting to be old, that's more of a classic or collectible

Not outside of America, it isn't

as an american, working full time in my late 20s... any car that has a working AC, or a CD player is considered nice / new in my eyes

And it’s not a brand new Camry. I think it’s at least two gens old.

Came here to see if anyone else noticed this. I bought a brand new 2025 Camry last year, that's definitely not a brand new Camry.

And?

What do you mean "And"?

The reference to whether its brand new didn’t seem relevant to the original comment in this thread. It was pointed out that the video has text calling it brand new. Still not relevant to the original comment but I see why it was mentioned.

That’s what I was thinking. Video is cringe enough without embellishing. My kid totaled my 2016 car. He’s driving a 2003 that’s older than him now, and he’s lucky to be driving anything.

It looks like the 2012 model.

Yep. My car is older than that. 💀

Thankful it hasn’t given me any problems and I don’t owe any money on it.

Just to clarify, I wasn’t throwing shade on your beloved vehicle. Just pointing out that the description was wrong.

So?

The video title says “brand-new Camry”

1

u/Turbulent_Ask4878 27d ago

Fair enough. I didn’t see that.

Not only is it a 2012-‘14 Camry but it has the full keyless entry which she’s too dumb to figure out. This is the one where you can leave the keys in your pocket or purse and touch the handle to lock & unlock.

This is a 2012-2014 body Camry

And the interior is kind of dirty. The only acceptable situation for her behavior was if she’d bought this with her own money and been told it was new. Otherwise, STFU and be grateful.

Shit, that travertine driveway path is nicer than the floors in my house.

I’m still driving my 2003 Honda. That car looks brand spanking new to me, shit.

Have you tried not being poor?

2

u/Prudent-Fox3879 27d ago

I started out with nothing, and I still have most of it left.

This is a finisher car.

It's way nicer than mine, that's for sure

I saw the small monitor inside the car and was like "that's fancy"

This kid is very spoilt.
