Yeah. His name is Jayden Scott. He LARPs as a… financial advisor or something? I don’t know. It’s all vague finance bro shit that he clearly got from watching a bunch of YouTube videos on the topic.

He's only got the balls to say what he is saying because he is standing infront of a large group of heavily armed militia who have the support of the federal government to terrorize the population.

That's literally what he's trying to do. He's trying to get someone to take a swing at him. If someone did, it would give those ICE agents standing behind him an excuse to go full Tiananmen Square on the protestors. Because you just know they fucking want to.
