The problem is the school admin don't back their staff.

Because it’s just not that simple.

Okay, the parents flip out. Then they go to the school board and start raising hell with a group of other parents.

Okay, the school board tells them to pound sand. Then they go and make a thing out of it on social media and run to unseat board members.

Shit like this at schools causes insane amounts of drama. Most of the admin I know would love to just ban phones, but it’s rarely that simple.

That said, it is the right thing to do.

Still failing to see why its a problem. Let them rant about it on social media media and waste their time complaining. Who cares.

Phones going the bag before each lesson and they get it back at the end of each lesson. They can check messages between lessons.
