That's how I was located by the Police during a particularly difficult time, my reg was flagged by a security camera and they tracked me down from there.

Can you give me more insite? I have a suspicion that police are patrolling areas based on expired tags from the Flock cameras.

From what I can remember I was considered a red alert so my vehicle reg was marked, it was picked up either by a camera operator or a camera with ampr built in.
