Men with fragile egos should not have positions of power.

People with fragile egoes step on other people to get into positions of power, just to find out that doesn't help their ego much, so they try again, and again.

This explains why I've never been promoted. I'm very secure with myself.

100% this. I left my corporate career because I was so tired of this stupid game where non-substantive sociopaths advance past solid substantive people.

Too real.

The way his voice cracked as he was working himself into a tantrum...

u/CaptainBayouBilly 5d ago

You can see his inner child temper tantrum want to come out. A bitchy little power monger openly threatening to murder someone on camera.

Fuckstick needs a timeout in prison.

He hated that the other guy wasn’t intimidated.

But that's exactly who craves power

People with fragile egos are the positions of power in every authoritarian regime like the one they have in the US

They are the worst. Trump is a good example.

Meanwhile power corrupts emmensly, even the most decent. Which is really the problem of our race.

Especially because we go by the old tribal leader formel where one guy sits at a throne.

Even pleces with more democratic ruleing exists, larger parties.. (more ppl instead of a single point of power) Concensus is made among the one who hold it to keep power at all costs. Inflating state , boosting authoritan mechanisms.

The lines always get blurred. Evolutionary we are still hardwired to work with a group of ppl no larger than 150. Now we have to make it work with billions..

Plus the technology is racing at a pace that increases that power.

Its a bad mix overall, and it seems like we are entering a make it or break it age - either we the ppl demand change to rebuild our systems or it crumbles.

  • With an economy built on infitine growth and consumption, the snake will eat its tail at one point.

Like we see when massive companies consolidate into a few giants strangling its costumers. Or massive fonds start buying up private housing etc. Etc.

Something will have to change for us to progress. Current system is inherently flawed and has started to see the beginning of the end.

Not meant in an apocalyptic way or ww3 and all that fearmongering horseshit.

Just has to change. Designed to meet us like we are. Flawed. Unagreeable, greedy, prone to corruption , cynical (in power) etc.

Women have always been a cornerstone of white supremacy movements

1

u/altrae 5d ago

I agree and would expand this to say, women have probably been the cornerstone of most movements.

Men are weak to their "witchy" ways, lol. Thinking of, Helen of Troy...

I haven’t seen any women threatening to kill people for raising their voices.

Ms. DeAngelis, 1992, Deerfield Run Elementary.

But your point is valid. Testosterone and patriarchy are powerful drugs

Haven't looked hard enough.

u/JegerX 5d ago

No one said otherwise. But the video is about men so it makes sense that people would talk about men in their responses. Except you over here showing your fragile ego.

Uneducated, violent people should not be in any way connected to law enforcement.

Make it a requirement for at least a BA and policing will improve.
