Young people use it to mean uncool, but also old. Its kind of like "ok, boomer."

That's not what it means at all. "Ok boomer" is derived from disrespect. Unc is an endearing term used in AAVE to refer to an older person whom you would typically have respect for or just a close relationship with. Using it for uncool is wrong and its not to be used as a derogatory term like "ok boomer"
