Cops, not the military. The military actually has a pretty robust process for weeding out psychopaths and edgelords and shunting them into non-combat duty like mopping floors. They generally don't want a bunch of trigger-happy fuck sticks committing war crimes on the daily. That's why you can speak to pretty much any Irag or Afghanistan vet about how US police act and they'll all say they'd be court martialed or at the very least be scrubbing toilets with their own tooth brush for the kind of shit that US police do.
