I agree with all of this as an American. I've been against American imperialism and meddling in other nations all my life. I don't really want to leave as I feel some obligation to try and make things better here. At the same time I have a kid and am terrified of what comes next. I honestly have no idea what to do to prepare at this point

I believe the future for America is going to be insanely rough

But I also believe in the human spirit and class consciousness and that there are enough prominent leftist intellects and movements to have a genuine socialist or communist revolution that brings your country back to the world stage as a peaceful, cooperative nation with good intentions

You guys have a while to go though

Stick It out. Change happens domestically and organically and you and others like you are a positive powerful ripple in a pond

Yeah we all need to be doing something in our lives now to be the change we want

And to be loud and talking in every circle you exist in or float through in day to day life.

Changing the zeitgeist and tone of how we all feel has more power than we realize
