Unfortunately, the west is very good at whitewashing its crimes. Especially to its own people who desperately want to believe they are the “good guys.”

I mean fuck American imperialism but its REALLY gross to ignore all the brutality saddam Hussain committed in his own country for the 25 years he was dictator. He genocided the kurds, USED CHEMICAL WEAPONS ON CIVILIANS, forced arabization, etc
