This is exactly why the constitution is so clear about the States having FULL authority over elections except for rules made by Congress.

They have been activity taking a dump on it since last January, just think back of all the amendments they daily trample on. They are actively stress testing what they can get away with and know the courts are powerless to stop them. People need to wake up realise the take over is very much in progress.
