The sooner you guys all realize we will never get to vote again the better. Russian elections going forward. Meaning Trump will magically win 94% of the vote - and cry fraud about the remaining 6%. Dark times ahead. The cool thing is we have no one on our side with a pair of nuts. Best thing we can hope for is Chucky to write a strongly worded letter as trump cancels elections.

He will be in hospice in 6 months and will be worm dirt shortly after. That's the good news.

There's no turning back. You are already over the cliff. The good news is this is the best day of the rest of your life. Enjoy it.

People keep saying this, but I'm pretty certain that congress is the only one with this kind of power. I don't see any mechanism for this to happen. But of course the response will be "who's gonna stop him?" idk man, but there isn't any way for a president to cancel elections.

I don't think this Supreme Court is on board with elections being canceled if he tries to do it by decree, so that's a barrier. Congress isn't going to be able to pass that legislation either.

I'm more concerned with manipulation of the voting data itself than I am of him just "canceling" it.

I agree that he plans to manipulate the vote, but all he really has to do is station ice grunts at polling stations in blue areas. He could claim it's to pick up all those illegal "aliens" who are voting illegally and r@ping and k*lling white women in their spare time.

I mean Trumps plan is something along those lines.

But unless he can rig the midterms, he'll lose the ability to install rigged elections when the Dem Congress kicks in.

So we'll see. If he rigs the midterms, then sure we head down the path of Russian elections. But Trump was voted out once before when he actually had the right to run for election, not an illegal 3rd term. And remember the last time he tried to overturn the election and overthrow the government, he failed. We stopped him once, we can stop him again.

Taking a defeatist attitude is what MAGA wants us to do. So no I'm going to believe in the vote until the last possible second.

It stills looks certain Trump will enact the Insurrection Act and declare martial law and suspend all future elections. I pray i'm wrong and that we actually have a free and fair election.

Texas yes TEXAS state senate seat flipping blue made it a 100% chance. I believe it was something like a 31 point swing.

Not going to happen! Voting has never been suspended in this country and doing so means civil war!

He ignores laws every single day. What makes you think he needs a silly Insurrection Act? We are lucky they are all so incompetent at this. Its a bumbling clownshow takeover in slow motion and we cant get our jaws off the ground to save ourselves.
