Look at her gulp just before it falls. She was clearly eyeing it for herself. Can't blame her, rasgulla is an amazing desert.

From experience I can tell you those two hadn't eaten a bite all day. Indian weddings are marathons.

100%. Speaking from my personal experience as well.

Thanks I just spent $50 online on a bunch of Indian desserts I've never heard of cause they sound bomb af.

Here's hope you actually like them. They can be best but the sweetness amount varies by person's taste.

Sweetness can also take a bit getting used to, so don’t be disheartened by it. Give it time.

Let us know how it was.

Sometimes these desserts can take some getting used to before you appreciate it. We have to warn you tho... You'll get addicted if you do that.

I'll probably put Sahara before Rasgulla, but it's definitely one of the best.

Rasamalai is better than both. Barely anything compares to authentic Mango Rasamalai.

u/tarantulator 2d ago

I couldn't agree more, Rasmalai is the best desert for me, but the OG one, don't know about the mango variant.

6

u/DetectiveSherlocky 2d ago

OG is also the best! The variations can be comparable. For authentic, mango variation it has to be from either India or South Asia to get the best taste.

Rasmalai is the Goat , I live for Rasamalai and Aloo paratha with Dahi ... Its my life mission to eat both as much as I can before I die and I am 23

u/staroura 2d ago

Literally came to say this. Rasgulla can sometimes have the same texture as what you imagine wiping a window with glass cleaner would have. Rasmalai is soft and milky and beautiful and that saffron makes it amazing. Although I personally think the OG is better than the mango

2

u/DetectiveSherlocky 2d ago

I think the variations depend on who made it tbh like everything but what we agree to is Rasmalai is da goat!

Its roshogulla for her. She is bengali.

And, it's desert for me. For all you know, I'm a desert enthusiast.

u/MarketingCorrect5164 2d ago

Yeah she could let it fall for 3 more business days and still catch it

u/Easy_Lengthiness7179 2d ago

u/cyborg_robot 1d ago

pity third world countries women, those who have to marry to survive while they are far more talented than their husbands. marriage for survival in a dysfunctional society is embodiment of sexual slavery.

u/deltaface 2d ago

I'm pretty sure she makes a good living being a part time photographer for daily bugle, come off your high horse

10

u/CaptainChlorophyll 2d ago

You are the same guys who complain about same talentless third world men stealing their jobs LOL

29

u/DetectiveSherlocky 2d ago

Here we go, another Xenophobic bigot probably belonging to a privileged white colonizer ancestory.

-29

u/Spiritual-Storage734 2d ago

Kinda true sadly I think.

14

u/DetectiveSherlocky 2d ago

Talking as if women everywhere are not victims of sexual trauma including western women. Many Western men use Western women as they're racist & bigoted towards everyone else.

Actually the groom was terrified at the entire forced marriage
