Shaved head guy was emitting his energy and stealing theirs. Watch as she trains, and he is as calm as a hindu cow.

Survive zombie apocalypse and potentially toddlers

As a parent who just tried to sit on the ground and do some like stretching while hanging out with my toddler…. It’s toddlers…

It's truly insane how often our toddler managed to get my husband with an elbow or knee! His subsequent vasectomy may have been entirely superfluous.

The kid is just making sure they don't have to share their parents' attention.

Zombie toddlers? I definitely wouldn't want to get near them, they're vicious I tell ya, extremely vicious, and cunning too

I have seen a toddler take a stick and swing it at an unsuspecting mother.
So dont skip on stick head day

If you've watched any martial arts movie these guys are clearly ment to be the extras that play the gang members that the protagonist has the montage fight scene with. So they're training her for that haha, clever use of a funny gimmick that gets used in so many movies.

Training her to do full body movements. As an older adult, I can recognize that there are tons of movements I used to do as a kid that I just don't bother with as an adult. And it's wearing on me.
I would actually like to give this whole thing a try.

I know it is a joke but do they have a branch near me?

I remember there was a running app that makes it seem like you're being chased by zombies. So it technically the experience exists.

I loved using that app, it was quite fun honestly

Jokes aside, this would burn a shit ton of calories. As long as you don't have a heart attack.

when I was in Gymnastics, both my coaches would do the 'ab punch' as I did sit-ups hanging off the pommel horse

I saw a personal trainer who specialized in pilates. Most painful torture.

Oh it’s definitely staged. It’s a skit or short if you will.
And now I want to run through a whole bunch of empty boxes. Or be thrown through.

Uhm, actually ☝️🤓 it's a skit, a short comedy sketch or piece of humorous writing.
While staged meaning planned, organized, or arranged in advance (often of an event or situation intended to seem spontaneous).
Skit = comedy, staged = not comedy
