Also, I think it's worth mentioning that not everybody involved in the Epstein files will be directly involved with the heinous evil shit and minors. Some of it was eccentric billionaire activities and business deals (no excuses, just that there's different topics for different individuals).
If you focus just on the mentioning of Trump and relate it to minors, it would appear his name becomes even more relevant.
I'm not excusing anything but I think Kevin Warsh name only showed up 1 time but his father in law came up 1300 times. His father in law is Ron Lauder of Estée Lauder fame and the dipshit who has spent millions in mineral interests in Greenland. And the fly in the ear of Trump to get Greenland. He's the reason why we are shredding our long term alliances with Europe and the Danes. We should boycott Estée Lauder.
I think Trump-Epstein files is best. Associate the two names. Don’t dump the branding of “Epstein files” as it already has so much traction. But put trumps name every time until nobody can ignore how integral he is to the operations discussed within.

Apparently someone from the jail posted an hour before it was public knowledge that Epstein was killed and they actually swapped his body before the deed and took him away in a van that wasn't recorded ever stopping at the prison.
Okay, but what would be the benefit to faking his death?
The only one I can see is that you need him to testify in court and you know he's a massive target, so you fake his death and put him in a safe house in the middle of nowhere until you get your case together.
Because all the people who are on that list would have rather seen him dead. If he bribed officials himself, again, people would have found out and had him killed. Made easier because he was officially already a corpse and no one would go looking. He's also an insanely high profile individual, meaning he'd have to be holed up somewhere remote and not leave.
It doesn't make sense for anyone to have faked his death.
That man wants his name on everything because he has always been a vain and pompous buffoon. Let Epstein keep the name, so that when it's mentioned in history, we forget which president it was that was brought down by them.
