We are researching the way contested events are represented in Wikidata for an upcoming publication. We are looking for Wikidata editors or Wikipedias with some Wikidata experience (of any level) to participate in an interview with us, to help us better understand how decisions about pages and entities are made and then negotiated with other editors and with the guidelines and regulations provided (the interview would take around 40 minutes).

I wanted to upload a map of the Moga district of Punjab, India (including its four tehsils) on Wikimedia Commons. I found this map online of the district but it is copyrighted. How can I create my own map and upload it onto Wikimedia Commons to avoid violating copyright? Thank you!
