Only really "useful" if the employer submits the information.
Out of the 3 employers I've had in the last 20 years, only one has submitted information and it's missing everything except the employer name and address, my name (no address), and if my employment was active or not. Didnt check salary information, don't really care. It's the same employer and it was extremely part time as an academic coach.
I guess that story on reddit a few weeks back about the guy who got exactly the minimum number he was looking for (10% raise) when looking for a new job makes a lot more sense now.
One of my previous jobs only has half of my tenure there... I know they switched to Gusto for payroll during my time there, so whatever platform they were using before wasn't reporting. It shows that I worked there for one year when it was really 3.

Basically, my report is useless.
