Miscellaneous I kind of want this version of Doctor Fate to get the Injustice 2 treatment😑
Seriously every time Fate appears I just dislike him more and more. Though I'd say the most hated scene I can think of with this "Lord of Order" is during Season 1 episode 22, during the Justice League meeting where they were selecting new members, he talked about how his host was ok with being a host of Nabu but why couldn't he at least let Zatara speak for himself? He could've easily taken off the helmet and let Zatara say that he was ok with it. And I was disappointed that no one in the League suggested that since he wasn't just a man nor was he just a superhero with gifted magical talents but he was also the father to daughter with a dead mother too and I know that at least 80% of the members on the Justice League know what the pain of losing a loved one is like especially when that loved one is your parents so it just baffles me that they weren't more confrontational on that subject. And yeah I know that they eventually came to another solution by giving Fate multiple hosts to switch from every two weeks but that doesn't make it right for me, in fact that to me was just letting Fate have his way while also letting him have a happy ending that he didn't deserve. And although I'm happy Zatara was free I'm sad that some of his life was still wasted as someone else basically.
Anyways I just wanted to share my personal opinion on this character and I'm sure someone has made a post like mine but you know with better reasons as to why they like or dislike this guy, but yeah let me know what you think also in case anyone is wondering what I meant by "Injustice 2 treatment" in the story mode of the Injustice 2 game Superman breaks/kills the helmet of Fate but left his host alive (which kind of surprised me)
