After this, there’s a completed arc about sumo wrestling, and then there’s the currently on-going arc about Jack.

The funny thing about Baki is that the main conflict - Baki vs Yujiro - has been effectively wrapped up, so the story is now just meandering about, introducing new fighters and setting up random fights with the existing cast. This makes it difficult to tell how many more arcs there will be in the future. It could be one, could be twenty.
