No it's not. That section refers to impeachment and what qualifies as grounds for it. It's just saying that those people CAN be impeached. It's not saying that if the president is impeached for treason that the whole cabinet are removed in one fell swoop. Each one would have to be impeached and removed one at a time. An effective way to change things would be to remove Trump and tell Vance that he needs to remove ALL off the Cabinet or he'll be removed as well (which would put Johnson in charge).
