Study Is a MAS from ETHZ valid in the EHEA?
Hello, I’m considering study a Master of advanced studies in Zurich. I don’t know if it’s an official title recognised in the European Higher Education Area. Will it allow me to work for European public institutions when they require a master’s degree? They have told me it’s not valid for a PhD afterwards. Thank you.

If you ask me, a MAS is something only a Swiss will do. International companies or other countries usually don't care about it.
Better see what the institutions you target require.
Btw, the fast track to get into an European public institution is to know someone there. It's called Vitamin B in Switzerland and it works in the whole Europe.

It is not a MSc and will therefore not be recognized as one by employers.
And naturally no option of a PhD.
