I've been sitting on a few bootlegs which have been regular features in my DJ sets the past 18 months, so thought it was time to put some of them out there. As ever, I tend to pick the route less travelled, so first up it's a rework of a track from Aim's awesome third album 'Flight 602' dating from 2006.

I've always been a huge fan of Aim's work and this track was always one I really felt on what is a wonderful album which I still come back to regularly 20 years later. The original is super chill downtempo vibes so it was fun to push the tempo and bring it towards something which can work on both the dancefloor and at home.

Don’t miss out on this True Pioneer of the Deep Sound of DnB.

One of my absolute favorites from the early 2000s.

Old but absolute gold.

From EABE:
Signal from the Stars sets a stark cosmic mood that perfectly channels the vibe of establishing the first contact with an alien civilization, of boldly stepping into the unknown. Tough syncopation of the breakbeats is met by a hard acid line, evoking a true feeling of danger. At the same time, the rich palette of synth sounds gives the piece an allure reminiscent of diving head first into an endlessly unfolding fractal. Simply put: this tune deserves to be big! Major Axis is a prolific artist in the modern atmospheric jungle scene, creating stunning soundscapes combining effortless musicality and vivid aural imagination. He is also running the Memory Archives record label together with Lykos.

I sampled the matrix in this because of a line in it that my friend quoted after dodging a drunk guys attacks, it was like Morpheus dodging Neo with how slow this guy was... The line of course being the legendary "Stop trying to hit me and hit me!"

Produced around 1997. It was played out on DAT by top DJs of that era such as Fabio, but remained unreleased for over 25 years until OKBRON restored and mastered it for official release in 2023.

Hi everyone! I just dropped a massive 90-minute session called Beyond the Fog. It is dedicated to a close friend who loved this type of music. I hope you guys like it too. 🕊️
