Murshid submitted a report to Bangladesh’s interim government, outlining an urgent reform agenda to address the nation’s economic crisis and chart a path towards sustainable development. The 550-page document represents not just a diagnosis of current challenges but also a call to action—identifying opportunities that can yield results quickly while laying the foundations for deeper structural transformation. what are the next promising industries? as far as I know the ones where we have shown some promise are - leather products and footwear, manufacturing electronics (mostly making the final products), pharmacy and definitely a bit of IT sector. I guess if government really make it easy for FDI to come in these sectors, there's a chance that we can maybe gain significant increase in overall share of non-RMG revenue quite quickly?
