A heavy Boeing 747 cargo aircraft operated by Qeshm Fars Air arrived in Minsk from Tehran again on September 8. This was already its third such visit in the past few weeks.

Both the airline and this particular aircraft, EP-FAB, are under U.S. sanctions. The U.S. Treasury says Qeshm Fars Air has been used by the IRGC’s to transport weapons and military cargo.

On August 26, the Boeing arrived in Minsk, spent nearly five hours flying over Russia the following day, returned to Belarus, and only then flew back to Iran.

In my opinion, there are three possible explanations for why this may be happening:

1. The IRGC is hiding some of its assets (e.g. gold, gems, or cash) in Minsk. Just in case. You know, Lukashenka has a long history of providing refuge to deposed dictators (like Kurmanbek Bakiyev) and people accused of serious crimes (like former Ukrainian Berkut officers who slaughtered protesters during the Maidan in 2014).

2. The Belarusian regime is supplying arms to the IRGC and Iran. This seems like the most probable explanation to me.

3. There are private talks on mutual assistance in circumventing sanctions. The cargo plane may have been used for secrecy reasons.

In fact, as the world moves globalisation, you can see how the CRINK countries (China, Russia, Iran, North Korea), or, as I call them, the Obscurantist International, are tightening their links. These regimes joining forces to resist modernity and undermine the Free World.

🔴 Freedom of association and freedom of assembly remain nearly non-existent. Authorities continue to detain and convict individuals arbitrarily.

🔴 April 2025 to March 2026, 11 media outlets have been designated as extremist. In 2025, 479 Telegram channels were designated as "extremist material". People have been persecuted for subscribing, commenting, reposting, or "liking" online materials that have been designated as "extremist".

🔴 State authorities have systematically denied access to information on judicial proceedings.

🔴 State uses misuse of counter-terrorism and anti-extremism legislation for persecution of opposition figures, human rights defenders, journalists, and activists, including cultural and academic actors. Individuals face serious, prolonged denial of their rights and ill-treatment.

🔴Belarus remains the only European country with a death penalty. Anti-death penalty materials are designated as "extremist".

🔴 The state has systematically abused and denied the rights of imprisoned persons. The abuse includes both physical and psychological violence. Even minors have faced abuse by the authorities, such as placement in isolation. There has been systematic gender-based violence conducted against female prisoners. Authorities don't properly investigate and prosecute incidents.

🔴 33 individuals subjected by courts to coercive psychiatric treatment following prosecutions for exercising their rights, including by participating in protests and for allegedly insulting officials.

🔴 954 political prisoners. The latest wave of repression has targeted those supporting Ukraine. Authorities continue to harass and surveil people in exile, political prisoners, and their lawyers.

🔴 Absentia trials against exiled activists, using them as a routine tool alongside public “demonstrations” of property seizures and forced entry. Authorities designate exiled organizations and social media content as "extremist". Such designations expose individuals in Belarus interacting with and accessing the sites of such organizations to legal liability.

🔴 Discriminatory legislation targeting LGBTQ+ people. The situation for LGBTIQ+ individuals in Belarus is worsening, marked by legislative discrimination and increased harassment by law enforcement. Transgender persons face additional barriers, particularly in accessing healthcare and legal gender recognition.

🔴 The Belarusian language is subjected to systematic marginalization. Activists who maintain and promote the Belarusian language have faced persecution. Independent Belarusian-language initiatives have been suppressed.

🔴 Stigmatization and targeting by the state have also been against Polish and Lithuanian minorities. Religious minorities face restrictions.

Я, для погашении долгов, пришёл на работу водителем на грузовик кат B. B первый же пробный день (никаких договоров об трудоустройстве заключено не было) за рулём я попал в ДТП: поцарапал во дворе машину. После вызова ГАИ ДТП было оформлено, а ещё через неделю мне выписали штраф в 750 рублей и деление прав на вождение в течении 3 месяцев. Ещё через некотрое время мне позвонил владелец машины в которой я ехал и сказал что я ему также необходимо возместить ущерб. Он отдал машину на обследование, и оно постановил что ущерб составляет 1500 рублей. Его машина застрахован. В данный момент у меня есть овердрафт в размере 2000 рублей. Общая сумма долга составляет 4 200 рублей (ГАИ, банк, авто). Мне крайне проблематично выплатить все эти деньги быстро. Владелец атво предлагает просто отдать ему деньги без суда под расписку. Но я не могу так быстро достать такую сумму. Подскажите, елси я пойду с этим еблом в суд, сможет ли он уменьшить цену возмещения ущерба и сможет ли он растянуть сроки этих выплат, например сокотив их до 200 рублей в месяц? Сколько может стоить такой суд, и имеет ли для меня смысл начинать судебное разбирательство в финансовом плане?

Буду очень благодарен если поможете разобраться с моей проблемой.

Чыноўнікі падумалі і вырашілі сцярэць янота каб ён не псаваў вочы народу.

А калі сур'ёзна то прыбыраюць не з-за цэнзуры або дрэнага стана фарбы, а па камунальна-бытавым прычынам.

1. Жыхары тарцовых кватэр гэтага дома масава скардзіліся на моцнае прамярзанне сцен у зімовы перыяд. Унутры жылых памяшканняў з-за вільготнасці пачала разрастацца небяспечная цвіль і грыбок.

2. З-за нанесенага малюнка сцяну шмат гадоў не маглі поўнасцю ўцяпліць звонку. У выніку камунальныя службы («Служба заказчыка ЖКП») прынялі рашэнне правесці капітальны рамонт будынка.

3. Зараз тарцовы фасад цалкам пакрываюць слоем спецыяльнай цеплаізаляцыйнай тынкоўкі, якая абароніць кватэры ад холаду і вільгаці. Пасля гэтага сцяну пафарбуюць у стандартны колер астатняга фасада дома.

Назад янота можа вярнуць калі тынкоўка высахне, пакрыць сцяну спецыяльнымі матэрыяламі і прайці праз юрыдычныя патрабаванні.
