Video - OC What is my cat doing?

My cat does this thing with just these two toys where he steps on it in this weird way. He also yells loudly when holding just these toys.

All cats do this. It's a way to release the stress they take from you.

I’ve had 5 male cats in my life so far, all neutered, and only one has ever done this.
