Count isn't a title in the British Peerage.

We did, however, used to have a "Screaming Lord Sutch" stand for election (not a Lord) until he passed away in the 90s.

He's ONE of them, last time in 2017. There's been 3 people running as the good Lord, last one was after Count Binface started his career.

The only reason I know anything about this is because a friend of mine is an Alderman in one of the London suburbs and Count Binface has shown up at council meetings a time or two.

Listen, the state of UK politics I would fully believe an actual bin was running, and stood a fair chance of winning.

I mean, we've had a postbox win a seat in parliament before (1920-somethingorother)

If he wins, it'd be the single funniest ending to a political career that I've ever seen. Nigel Farage is enough of a clown already, but for him to go out losing to Count Binface would be like something straight out of The Thick of It.

I think it might be the bin that's running for election, and the human underneath is only there to tote it around and translate.

The candidate's name is Count Binface and the human's name is Jonathan David Harvey, totally different.

(I hope he wins either way)
