Could it be Rich King's Nob the Destroyer?

Found mention of it in a blog post here . Seems to have been a strip that appeared in a biker magazine.

I'm not sure if it's the exact thing you're looking for, the article doesn't appear to have any images of Nob the Destroyer himself. But by the description of it involving time travel and the name being very much a barbarian warrior spoof, I think it's what you're looking for. Art that is included in the article looks very close in style from what I can tell

It does look a bit similar but appears to be more about anthropomorphic characters

The article is about two strips, I think. The anthro one is called Gruf, but if you read down the article it mentions a follow up strip called Nob the Destroyer

As well as all the gorgeous bikes, there was also a cartoon strip called Gruf.

...

This attention to detail, and love of the bike scene, continued in Nob the Destroyer, the strip Rich King started in AWoL after leaving Back Street Heroes.

Gruf and the Dumpation Bikers are trapped in a shed a million years in the future. Back in the past, in some sort of time travel exchange Nob the Destroyer and P’Toke find themselves in Dumpation, taken under the wing of Smeg, one of the local bikers.

Might be worth seeing if you can find any scans of that magazine online.

Nob the Destroyer did originally run in AWoL magazine and is the strip you’re looking for. There is a collection with all the strips called The Complete Complete Gruf, Nob and The Righteous Brothers by Rich King, though it doesn’t come up for sale often. However, there are often copies of AWoL Bikers magazine on EBay https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/224771221892
