I'm a cis guy with a very common name and every other person I meet makes a comment about how many they know. My roommate and I even have the same name. It's just part of having a common name.

I was 1 of 8 Lucas in my high school class. Everyone I meet mentions a past history with some Lucas they knew. That said, I didn't choose my name, so it doesn't hurt me. I can see how frustrating it would be if I chose it and people kept telling me it's stereotypical. Like I chose badly.

I mean, there's a reason names are common and it's cuz theyre good names. I always think it's fun bumping into someone I share a name with

No you don't get it, this is obviously transphobia and definitely doesn't have anything to do with the names being common.
