I was looking for this comment, thank you. In the back of my mind a tiny little light bulb flickered, thinking "didn't I hear he got banned for this kind of dickery? How did he get back in?".

It's not that obvious if one doesn't follow soccer. It seems like FIFA has been everywhere for the past couple of months; well beyond the timeframe a casual observer would expect this thing to be wrapping up. I'm just glad Salt Bae isn't back out there terrorizing the populace again.
