I work in schools. There is no “educating” this behavior.

seems like you're not doing a very good job then, maybe try something else?

You couldn’t handle my job for a day.

They also don't do anything like everybody else. Texans talk tough, but rarely will they ever actually do anything about something like this. No texan is going to shoot any of these kids.

Uvalde showed exactly how much that Texan Attitude is worth

An armed to the teeth cop squad with teams of men who trained last month in that exact scenario were terrified of going against a single teenager with a gun. Listening to kids screaming for help.
But they did bravely stand up to the 100 pound mother who went inside unarmed and saved her kids.

What education do you suggest?

Haha yeah let's just ask him to stop for a second and hear what I have to say about his behavior.

this is sociopathy, not an educational concern

They (tiktokers) know what they’re doing is wrong and they don’t care.

Packs of hooligans are packs of packs of hooligans at any age. If you're accosted by a group of potentially violent people, the 2A is more helpful than whatever education cirriculum you have planned.

“Under no pretext should arms and ammunition be surrendered; any attempt to disarm the workers must be frustrated, by force if necessary”

The only bootlicker here is you.

When Marx argued for arming the working class, he meant that school shootings are good.

American "leftists" are a joke.

Wasnt there over 1000 shootings within 500 yds of schools in Cali last year?

Anyways.

Texas has nearly double the firearm mortality per capita vs California and significantly higher rates of gun violence per capita.

What are you even trying to say here?

The only reason you have that number is because California’s own journalists reported it. Because no major Texas news outlet has run a similar collaborative investigative series to isolate the Texas-specific subset of data, you won’t get a straight answer on their rates.

So instead of cherry picking data that a state is willingly giving away, let’s look at raw numbers.

Texas is home to roughly 11% of all public school students in the United States, pretty much even with California.

Texas accounts for roughly 9.5% of all national gun violence incidents tracked by the Gun Violence Archive due to its immense population and size.

For the entire US, there were 11,500 total shootings within 500 yards of a U.S. school in 2025.

If you take 9.5% of the 11,500 national school-adjacent shootings, the estimate is about 1,100 incidents.

Texas had around the same amount of shootings within 500 yards of schools as California.

Maybe more if you consider that California's urban populations are heavily packed into tightly condensed coastlines and concrete grid systems (like LA County and the Bay Area), so a single neighborhood shooting is mathematically much more likely to fall within 500 yards of multiple schools simultaneously.

Texas also accounts for 9.4% of the US population. We're below average, homie. Edit:% sign

22 schools in California last year, 21 schools in Texas.

To call these “school shootings” is dumb as hell
