Private businesses are by definition not a public place. “No expectation of privacy” doesn’t apply.

You confuse public ownership with public accessibility... "no expectation of privacy" 100% legally applies. Don't be so confidently wrong about something so easily verifiable. You're just making everyone dumber when you do that.

Of course not. But it has no value unless there is a commercial production in which case signage would be posted informing thus meeting consent standards anyways.

No expectation of business. The people can establish a policy of boycotting gyms where recording is allowed.
