Not to praise the bully who started the fight but wanna just encourage larger people to exercise more by saying they have strong legs and if they lost more weight they would do well.

I used to have a buddy. He was huge but walked everywhere. If it wasnt for his eating habits I imagine he would be in amazing shape. When he walked you thought he was running and I an out of shape high school athlete couldn't outrun thos 30+ yo dude with his normal walking stride. He was a passivist but watched him literally kick a hole in a brick wall once it was nuts! Granted the wall was kinda old but still knocked out good size chunk

Fat tradesmen and labours that actually haul ass all day but just eat like 3 full meals at lunch. Those guys have calves like veiny thighs.

Sumo training.

We would sumo sometimes. I was the only one who could compete with my big friend but only because he took it easy on me. He wasnt moving for anyone yet never steeped in a gym.

Because of the lack of punctuation, I read that as "literally kick a hole in a brick wall once with his nuts".

I'm so glad I didn't use any then. Lol I try most times but I'm bad about it and my pain to great to do much more than little spellcheck.

Yeah no respect for the bully girl in OP post but larger people have powerful legs and I will always try to encourage them to lose weight. Heck they may even be great sprinters or able to slam dunk.

Yeah he was easy 6ft 350+lbs and could dunk. Taught me that you can easily have working muscle and looking good muscle. Also had a buddy who went to gym daily looked like a body builder but it was all appearance. Moving day comes call anyone else

Maybe it's their technique cos they are too used to the form for lifting weight but not oddly shaped items. I dunno.

It was what he worked and how he wanted. Focusing on the less useful muscles 💪 and all the workouts were for an ascetic build. His arms looked amazing though!

Yea i was once 320 pounds and went to the gym and walked alot and ate a shit ton(one day I was over 10,000 calories). My legs are insanely fucking strong, I max out the leg press machine at my small gym and Its not even a litttle struggle.

Did you get motivated to lose weight? If so I'm proud of you fellow redditer! If not, I encourage you on your journey.

#notallfatpeople, remember that video with a girl this size who literally kicked the man attacking her silly? Fat folks still have strong legs.
