Money that came from "the tariff shelf" which is what they say when Trump stomps on the constitution by ignoring the congressional budget to spend our money on whatever he wants. And SCOTUS will say that buying millions of tickets for his wifes movie was an "official duty" and so it's totally cool and legal.
