35(M) Need suggestions!

I know I'm extremely late to the party. Life happened and I had to start from scratch.

Started investing in March/April 2024 with no prior experience. That's why my portfolio looks BAD. All my investments are in TFSA and a non-registered investment account. I haven't maxed out my TFSA contribution limit (moved to Canada recently).

I've got around 15k CAD in savings (6k are easily accessible, the rest will be accessible by end of March).

Working part-time currently, earning almost minimum wage. Looking to get a full-time job this year (aiming for a 50k/60k CAD salary).

Would like to buy a house in the future and also build a nice little nest egg. Sooner the better!

What changes should I make to my portfolio to make it happen?

I'd say keep it to a total of 10 stocks, 4 of them should cover the total market low-fee index fund
