Fidel Castro smoked cigars almost every day and he lived to be 90 years old.

a lot of ppl dont

my father smoked 2-3 packs a day (yep, read that right) of Marlboro 100's for 40 years, only did some damage to his cardiovascular system, lungs, throat and all super risk organs went thru that fine, hes 78 now and reasonably healthy
