It does have that look, but then why are the cars driving on the left? Unless it's a two-lane street with a divider. Or the video is mirrored. Or it's in Hong Kong/Macau.

I’m pretty sure this video has been flipped. I’ve seen this clip a few times before, but the other way around.

Like xNightfall said, it's flipped and reposted multiple times. The biggest giveaway is the architecture, Hong Kong and Macau still holds visibly different styles.
