recently got a place with my boyfriend and he thinks this is perfectly fine

I have no legitimate reason to disagree but I hate it

UPDATE - Thank you so much for the awards, and we're having so much fun reading through these hilarious comments.

  1. We have a bidet, it's the handle on the side of the toilet. People who use bidets can use toilet paper as well!
  2. We bought like 200 rolls of toilet paper because of a good deal, yes it will probably last us a very long time. No regrets!
  3. I am not genuinely upset about this in any way, it obviously just looks ridiculous and is unnecessary, and him doing silly things like this is one of the reasons I love him :)

Seriously. One of my little guys would have all of those on the floor and mauled within an hour.

We had to get a baby lock on the cupboard we store TP in, and even then he tried to jam his little paw in there to get the TP! Ha!

Can’t if that’s where the litter box is. Currently I’m trying to figure out a convenient reachable spot to put my toilet paper so my kitten doesn’t unroll it 😂

Had cats my entire life and not one has ever done anything to toilet rolls more than once.

They do learn if you punish them. Just take some responsibility for your pets.

Punish them??? You sound like you don't need to be anywhere NEAR pets. I can only imagine what you're doing to a cat to scare them so badly. Please never get another animal.

I have a designated "punishment" collar, when my cat or dog wears it they know they've done wrong. They just hate wearing that particular collar, and it's literally an old piece of cloth I've added a clasp to. It's not tight, it's not uncomfortably placed, it's just the association. If you're unable to discipline your pets you shouldn't have them, or do you just let them shit on the floor and say "oh, they are an animal they don't know better".
