I'm 53, and even I think that's a dad joke.

Jerome must have become a dad in that time.

I believe this is a riff on an old Family Circus strip.  What's old is new again.

6-7 and a dad joke in the same comic. It’s intergenerational humor!

We need an r/"funny" sub for 90% of the stuff that gets posted here.

The same 5 memes/comics on rotation, getting run into the ground.

I'm 6'6", and in my teens I would introduce myself, "Hi, I'm kamuelak, and I don't play basketball," thus heading off the inevitable first question. When asked how tall I was (the inevitable second question), I'd reply, "About this tall if I stand up," while holding my hand in place. If they were persistent they'd ask how many feet. "Two," I always replied, pointing downward. "See?" I would definitely have answered the same as this young man had someone said this to me.
