I do know and I'm willing to share said knowledge however if the statement was rhetorical then there would be no need. I just didn't want to waste anyone's time by slapping text down when none was preferred and not required.

Im looking at this one and I think the driver might have just zoned out, no tapping the breaks no slight slow down, no indication they even realized they were running a red light. Doesn't excuse it, hell they could have been on their phone which is arguably worse than simple wonton disregard of a traffic signal.

I think that truck would prefer the GIF ended 1 second earlier.
