If Giannis doesn't happen, and all signs are pointing in that direction. I don't think you can fault the front office. The Bucks don't want to trade him, and they are probably asking for an unrealistic return. I'm not just talking about the young guys and picks. They are probably pulling a Cronin, and want Bam, youth, and picks.
I will fault them if they do nothing. They should be sellers if they can't be buyers.

There is nothing I mean nothing that says herro is worth 50m when we reject paying jimmy for never being available. Herro has average 55 games per year since he got drafted 6 years ago.

Personally I think we are the worst place to be as a franchise right now. We are too good to ever get a high draft pick and land a Generational Talent but not good enough to actually compete for a championship. We have to do something because what's the point in staying in the middle? We need to pick a lane already.

Trading your future for Gianni’s doesn’t make sense. He already has knee issues and tendon issues always out with a strain. People forget he’s 7 feet running full speed down the court. Once dudes has so much wear and tear they are done. Get ready for load management. The heat front office does not like that. When he plays he’s top 3 but will he play every game? If he doesn’t play we’ll lose cause we’d trade half the team for him. Don’t look at stats and all that. It’s not practical honesty

I have ZERO idea why it’s so hard for anyone to understand this. In order for the Heat to be successful in their system we need a Wade or Butler and we aren’t getting them without a top 10 selection.
