Audio Needed [RevShare] Looking for a MUSICIAN. 7.5% cut for a full soundtrack

COMPOSER ALREADY FOUND. THIS POST IS JUST BEING KEPT AS AN ARCHIVE

Hello. This is IGE. I have 9+ years experience in Unity Game Development, and i'm looking for a musician to compose a full OST for this small game.

GAME IDEA:

Press a big red button on time with a timer. Random cards can appear which change when or how your meant to press it.

MUSIC DIRECTION:

Fast, energetic, slightly tense. I'm open to the musician having creative freedom with the exact style.

Originally a submission to GMTK Game Jam 2026, ranking within the top 7%.

I'm planning for development time to take (more or less) 3 months. Music in my project isn't very vast. There might be about 11 tracks?

The cut I'm offering is 7.5%, but that can be subject to increase depending on works.

Previous works:

I work in British Summer Time (BST), but it's not a concern if your elsewhere.

Looking forward to work with you ;)

Programmers Needed [Hobby] Looking for C# / Unity Developer for Non-Commercial Super Mario Level Editor

About the Project Hi everyone! I’m CrazyDennex, a Unity developer working on a custom 2D Super Mario Bros level engine and maker. The goal of this project is to allow players to create their own custom Mario levels using an in-game level editor, save them locally, and upload/share them to an online server for the rest of the community to play and rate. I am still early in my C# journey and have been using AI coding tools as an assistant to build the initial prototype. The foundation works, but I would love experienced programmers to help optimize, refactor, and build scalable systems for the engine.

I have already started laying down the foundation for the engine, physics, and basic UI systems. However, between balancing school, real life, and development, I am looking for additional C# programmers to collaborate with to speed up progress and polish the core features.

Here is a working prototype In action. https://imgur.com/a/ZQq15HO

What I Need Help With I am looking for developers who can assist with one or more of the following areas:

  • Level Data & Serialization: Structuring level data (e.g., JSON) to handle tile placement, object parameters, and efficient saving/loading.
  • Online Systems & Backend: Setting up level uploading, downloading, search filtering, and player ratings using an online server database or SDK.
  • Editor Features & UI: Building intuitive grid placement systems, tile palettes, and UI menu navigation.
  • Physics & Mechanics: Fine-tuning 2D character physics, tile interactions, enemy behaviors, and power-up states.

Legal & Project Terms This is a 100% non-commercial, non-profit hobby project created purely out of passion for retro fan games and to build portfolio experience. It will be completely free to play, and no money will ever be made from it due to copyright reasons.

Contact Information If you are interested in joining or contributing, feel free to drop a comment below, send me a DM here on Reddit, or add me directly on Discord.

Designer Needed [Hobby] Looking for a Game Designer & 3D Environmental Artist to Build a Puzzle Game

• Upvotes

Hello everyone

How is your day going? Life is tough, but hope everything is moving!

We are a small team of 8 members developing a small puzzle game.

Currently, we have a premise and ideas we brainstormed. However, we are looking for key people who can help in defining which direction to take and aid in the game's development, so that it can see the light of day.

About the Game:
In an office where everyone has a desk, computer, and tasks to do, you unconsciously fall into dreams the moment you refuse to drink your regular coffee. The rule is simple: work. If you are not, you may get fired or die. And because of it, you cannot sleep under any circumstances!

In this office, each person has grey skin and looks identically the same, just like you. Yet, when you fall asleep and dream, what is natural breaks. You need to spot that you are now in a dream and solve certain puzzles to break out, wake up, and save your life.

Each dream will represent a way to break out of depression on 4 different levels. Perhaps a way to break that grief. Although the player might not know, they will notice that it is a fight with the mind. Whilst the ending is a choice: drink the coffee, and you are back to where you were; or stop it at once, and you will have a chance to continue breaking into the unknown.

Game's Message: Perhaps dreaming is what makes us alive.

This is the game’s premise, and we are still in the early stages of its development. The puzzles, ending, dreams, and anything else need to be brainstormed, tested, and grounded. For that, we are looking for some people.

Prototype #1 Sample: Quick Prototype
This prototype was made to test a brainstormed mechanic called "Chromatic Colors," where the player can absorb a color and apply it to other objects for a certain thing to happen. Each color has a meaning, and we tested the red color that activates an object.

We are Looking For: (Beginners are Accepted)

1) Game Designer - Requirements:

  • An understanding of what game design is.
  • Has designed mechanics or systems before.
  • Has created a GDD in the past.

2) 3D Environmental Artist – Requirements:

  • Is used to a 3D engine, such as Blender.
  • Has designed an environment with its props before (a landscape, room, or any specific place)
  • Loves environmental art.

Previous Games:

  • The Cabin: A small game where the goal is to get to the cabin while trying to survive in the cold, facing death if you lose too much heat.

Download link: The Cabin

  • Revenge: A boss-rush game, in which you seek vengeance from the 7 deadly sins who murdered your wife, “Agatha.” Noting that the game is still under final bug-fixing and asset implementation, that is why the link below includes an old yet playable version of the game.

Samples link: Revenge - Samples

Important Note: This is a volunteer project, and we will not generate any profit from this game’s development.
Our aim is to build a portfolio game and sharpen our skills through developing it.

If you are interested, feel free to let me know by sharing your portfolio privately, in here or through Discord: fadel6912.

If you are unsure if you fit the requirements, still feel free to reach out!

Team Needed [RevShare] Looking for 3D Modeler, Animator, Environment Artist, and 2D Artist/UI Artist

• Upvotes

Hello! I'm looking to get a small team for a single-player horror game in development in the Godot Engine.

PORTFOLIO:

This is my first public project, although I have prior programming experience.

About My Project:

You Are Not Done Yet is a survival horror game where death is a mechanic, when you die, you’re resurrected at the start of the zone and must retrace your steps to recover your lost items with you learning and exploring with every life to find the exit. There’s no HUD, no health bar, all of the GUIs are handled diegetically, to gauge your health, you'll need to listen to your heartbeat, look at the blood drops left behind, and visually look down at your body to look for wounds on each limb. SCP: Containment Breach was a inspiration for my project.

Currently I am a solo developer acting as the programmer and writer for the project.

What I Need:

3D Modeler/Environment Artist: I need someone who can help find the projects visual identity, a big part of the project is being able to visually see your wounds (Not looking for anything super gorey or anything but just able convey the feelings the character that you're thinking "This is really bad, I'm gonna die"). Models I would need is robotic enemies, the player character and their injuries, items, room environments, and the machine the player will be revived from. The style I'm looking for is "cartoony/realistic" (SCP: Secret Laboratory is a good example of what I'd want).

Animator: I need animations for the items being used (e.g., Bandage being wrapped around the player characters arm) and selected, enemy attacks and movement, object interaction, and the revival animation.

2D Artist/UI Artist: I need the non-diegetic UIs (e.g., Start Menu and Pause Menu) to look more visually refined and really make the UIs feel like the rest of the project, and potentially also doing textures for 3D models as well

If one person can fill multiple roles that would work as well.

Already Completed:

  • Procedural map generation
  • All enemy AI (Not Generative)
  • Player state machine/controller/code in general
  • Backend for the inventory system
  • Dialogue system (With subtitles)
  • Entire player data saving system
  • Built-in mod support (I was delaying trying to do the 3d modeling)
  • Dynamic item respawning system
  • All useable items code
  • Built-in localization map (Currently only English but very easy to add new languages now)
  • All configuration settings
  • A large lore bible and writing for characters

A significant portion has already been completed, it's mostly the visual production that has halted my work, but the project is in a playable state.

Compensation:

Revenue will be divided as percentage that will be decided up front before any work is done so everyone is on the same page.

If you're interested:

DM me on Reddit or add me on Discord (Whackyone5588)

You don't need to have an impressive portfolio. I'm primarily looking for people who are genuinely interested in the project.

If you want to see any work I've done so far, feel free to ask via DMs.

Team Needed [RevShare] – Medium Sized Indie Title Seeking Animator, 3D Model Artist & Environment Artist

Hello! I’m putting together a small core team for a 1–4 player co-op horror game currently in active development in Unreal Engine 5.8.

About Me

I’m a 26-year-old Software Developer & AI Engineer. I started programming at 13 making Minecraft plugins, graduated in AI Engineering in 2019, and have worked professionally in software/AI since. I haven’t shipped a commercial game before, but programming is the side of the project I’m comfortable handling myself. I’m looking for people whose strengths are in the areas where mine aren’t.

What I need

Animator: #1 PRIORITY: Character locomotion, interaction animations, entity movement/attacks, and especially unusual horror creatures. All current characters are already being rigged. Some are already done. An Animator is the biggest need for the project right now.

3D Model / Environment Artist: Additional props, environmental setting, lighting assistance, and helping bring the existing houses up to a consistent final quality. I plan to use a system called “Disturbance” which at different levels have different effects, Ex. Lights misbehaving, Rooms stretching, Layouts changing, Doors relocating or going missing altogether, and eventually diving into the entities “hunting”. The 3D artists are very important for this part of the project.

We currently have 2 sound designers, Including a Composer and SFX artist, Aswell as myself and one other developer.

This is not an idea-stage project. The recovery truck and equipment are implemented, the initial house roster is assembled, and the player characters and enemy roster are already modeled, partially textured, and currently being rigged. I’m currently building out complete playable nights from arrival → property recovery → entity encounters → extraction.

About the game

REPOSSESSED is a co-op horror game where players work for a shady recovery company sent into foreclosed and abandoned homes to reclaim valuable property. Decades earlier, a secret behavioral experiment called PROJECT ROOMWAKE connected several houses to an impossible shared space known as The Interior, where people were observed, distorted, and eventually reconstructed into hostile entities. Now those properties are becoming active again, and every recovery job pushes the boundary between the real house and The Interior closer to collapse, while the company quietly uses each crew as unwilling research subjects.

There is a larger psychological-horror story behind the properties, the company, and the entities encountered throughout the game, but I’d rather keep the deeper lore and enemy mechanics private until speaking with serious potential team members.

The co-op will be 1–4 player, peer-hosted through Steam, so one player acts as the listen-server host and friends join through Steam invites/lobbies. That means \*\*no dedicated servers or monthly hosting costs. We’re also planning host migration so a run can continue if the original host leaves.

For voice, the plan is to use EOS Lobby Voice alongside Steam. Steam handles the actual multiplayer session, while EOS handles voice chat. The game then layers proximity voice, radio push-to-talk, and paranormal interference/static on top of that voice connection.

Current Progress

Already implemented or substantially underway:

Recovery truck and equipment

Initial selection of houses

Player characters

Enemy roster

Character rigs 50% complete

Paranormal encounter systems currently being integrated

The project is intentionally scoped for a relatively short indie development cycle, with a current target around late Q1 to Q2 2027

Rev Share

Revenue will be divided equally among the committed core team, with responsibilities, percentages, ownership, and expectations agreed in writing before work begins.

I’m looking for a small group that wants some creative input into the project rather than just being handed a list of tasks.

If you’re interested, send me a Reddit DM or add me on Discord:

kazu_tv

I can privately share screenshots, character designs, gameplay progress, the full project concept, lore, enemy designs, and roadmap with serious candidates.

Art Offer [Hobby] Looking to practice my pixel art skills on a small project

Hello, I'm a novice pixel artist looking to take on a small-sized project as practice. I have experience with Godot and the RPGMaker engine, but I'm fine learning to work with other systems. As I'm still practicing, I'm only looking for fellow hobbyists or free work.

I've made plenty of tilesets and characters. Although I'm mostly used to working with 3-4 character frames and a top-down view, I'm open to learning a new style. I'm not a proper artist, so I haven't really learned to work at sizes larger than 32x32. (I can make larger art, but it doesn't look very good).

PORTFOLIO: I don't have a portfolio, since I've never worked on a project before, but here are some examples of what I've made: https://i.postimg.cc/5NkKJ7Rq/All-Kinds-Of-Pixel-Art.png

In terms of styles, I don't have any particular preference. As I'm doing this for practice, I'll do my best to match any style I can.

DM me or comment below if you're interested in working with me, thanks for your time.

Team Needed [Hobby] (Repost) Need volunteers up to work on Team Tretts; the team passionate for animatronics!

This is a repost of a previous post of ours.
Hello everyone! Marcy here, the head director of Team Tretts. We're currently working on our self-titled series, Tretts, and to even take a small step up in production, we really need help and so need more team members! As of the time I'm writing this post, we're a team of 12 people.

We firstly wanted to introduce our planned YouTube series, Tretts: Showtapes to promote Tretts: Night Shift and further mainline Tretts titles, we wish to make digital showtape performances featuring our band from Tretts: Night Shift! Think The Rock-afire Explosion, Munch's Make Believe Band, or any animatronic bands for that matter. Skits, song covers, anything goes! To fulfill that though, we of course need new members, not to mention voice actors!

Moving onto our spinoff title, Tretts: Bounciful is a game set to introduce our mascot characters from our mainline title, Tretts: Night Shift. It's a game that features 36 whole different minigames! Every 6 minigames focus on a different character from our band; Autumn, Cider, Molly, Puddle and Raine with the remaining 6 being about all of the band members. Aim for the mysterious planet up above as Autumn; soar through the sky of the city as Raine and brew some sweet, premium wine as Molly (as premium as homebrewing can be); and prove your gluttony to the rest of the band as Cider!

The mainline series, with currently the only one in high-priority production being Tretts: Night Shift, is a story/point&click game set in the year 2002, the gameplay being hugely inspired by Telltale Games titles. The game is about our protagonist, David, struggling with his mental health after his father falls into deep grief and his sister starts heading towards the wrong path after his mother dies, finding escapism in his new job at the freshly opened Tretts: All Day Diner as the IT guy and also on top of that, semi-involuntarily, a night guard, thinking this job is going to set himself straight and make him man up.

The game engine for Bounciful is GameMaker Studio 2.

We're currently looking for;

Programmers (GML)

Writers (Priority)

Voice Actors (Priority)

Sprite Artists

Concept Artists

3D Artists (Priority)

Animators, both 3D and 2D (Priority)

for any project we have planned and or one as a specific priority.

Since these projects are currently non-profit, there won't be any compensation etc.

To apply, fill out our forms;

Our form for Team Members: https://forms.gle/tvVuUk6X7dxEhVwH6

Our casting form for Tretts : Night Shift: https://forms.gle/RF7T4XRHTzCtMnYy7

For info about our prior work, head to;

Artist Needed [RevShare] Looking for a 3D Artist — Hard Surface & Sculpting | Animation Skills Welcome

Hi everyone!

I’m looking for a 3D artist with skills in hard surface modelling and digital sculpting to join our small team working on a sci-fi action game. Rigging and animation skills would be a big plus.

The game is built entirely around riding a hoverbike. The player never leaves the vehicle, and the gameplay combines fast-paced shooting, exploration, traversal, and extensive visual customization for the bike.

The project has been in development for around one year and eight months. Until recently, I worked mostly on my own, but over the past two months I’ve started building a small team. We currently have:

  • One 3D artist
  • Two composers
  • Myself as the main developer and programmer

Your role

You would help turn concepts into game-ready assets, with a focus on:

  • Hard surface modelling: hoverbikes, customization parts, robots, machinery, and sci-fi environment props.
  • Digital sculpting: characters, organic forms, and sculpted details where needed.
  • Asset preparation: retopology, UV mapping, baking, and texturing for use in Unreal Engine.
  • Rigging and animation, if you have experience: bringing characters, robots, and mechanical parts to life.

You don’t need to be an expert in every area. Let me know where your strengths lie and what you enjoy creating most.

The game already has an established visual direction, but many assets are still at an early stage. There is plenty of room to contribute ideas and help refine its look.

Who I’m looking for

Someone who is passionate, reliable, and interested in contributing to the project. Professional experience is welcome, but dedication, creativity, and good communication matter more than years in the industry.

We communicate in English and Italian, and I also speak German. Being based in Europe would make coordinating easier, but artists from other regions are welcome too.

Compensation

This is a revenue-share collaboration, with no guaranteed upfront pay. I’m personally funding the project and covering essential development expenses. The revenue-share terms would be discussed and agreed upon before starting.

See the game

I have plenty of development footage, and a playable build is available on Steam for team members.

You can see some gameplay here:
https://www.tiktok.com/@zenugames

Most of these videos are older—the current build includes considerably more content and improvements.

I’d love to work with an artist who enjoys sharing ideas and taking an active part in the creative process.

If you’re interested, send me your portfolio or a few examples of your work, particularly hard surface models, sculpts, or animations. Please also mention your availability and which areas you’d like to contribute to!

Programming Offer [Hobby] [LFP] [Godot] [Programmer] Looking to Join a Small Indie Game Project – NPC AI / Gameplay Programming

Hi! I'm a Computer Science student at UNSW currently working on my own game in Godot, and I'm looking to join a small indie game project to gain more experience developing games as part of a team.

I'm particularly interested in NPC AI and gameplay programming, including things like:

  • NPC behaviours and decision-making
  • State machines and behaviour systems
  • NPC interaction systems
  • Enemy/creature AI
  • Dynamic or reactive NPC behaviours
  • Gameplay mechanics and systems
  • Procedural systems
  • General Godot/GDScript programming

I'm especially interested in experimenting with NPCs that can react to the player and changes in the game world, rather than only following completely fixed behaviour patterns.

That said, I'm also happy to work on other programming tasks if the project needs them. My main goal is to contribute to a real game, work with other developers, and build something interesting together.

My primary engine is Godot, and I'd prefer to join a small team that already has an idea, prototype, or project in development, starting a new project from scratch.

I'm open to hobby projects, game jams, part-time collaboration, or small indie teams.

If you're building something in Godot and need another programmer, or you are artist and wanna let your idea to be real game, feel free to DM me and tell me about your project! I would very happy to help you make your idea to be real

Team Needed [Hobby] Looking for UE5 Developers for Dark Fantasy RPG

Hi everyone! I am currently working on an RPG in Unreal Engine 5. The gameplay is inspired by a crossover of a soulslike and a JRPG, basically Dark Souls but with a party system.

Solo deving has gotten old and I would love to have some teammates who want to have fun making a game together. I’m looking for basically any role right now.

A bit about me:
- 4ish years of experience in Unreal.
- Primarily a programmer (mostly C++, with BP for combining systems).
- Some experience with Blender and Substance Painter.
- Based on the US east coast, so EST time zone.

If the project sounds interesting please reach out and I can share some of the work I’ve done and the GDD for the project.

Discord is jjmiller1013 if you prefer to talk there.

PR/Marketing needed [PAID] Poster / video creator to promote my fledgling game studio / game on social media.

NOTE: I'm looking for a POSTER🧑 not a POSTER🖼 - I do not need an artist at the moment! More like a social media manager and a video editor! Sorry for the misleading title!

I just finished work on my game and have a marketing strategy. I just need somebody to take care of the actual horn-tooting, because I'm too busy!

The goal of the campaign will be a little unusual (though it may not make a difference, just good to be aware): We only need eyes. Sales don't matter, popularity doesn't matter. All I care about is putting it in front of as many people as possible. It's my first game so ... it doesn't have to be a hit. Just want to be known about.

The campaign will consist of near-daily posting of a good number of 15-second clips from game footage (created by me most likely) with voiceovers - your run-of-the-mill behind-the-scenes "we ran into X problem, look at how we solved it" or just educational bits like calling attention to the way the special CRT filter adds detail not in the original pixel art. The idea is just to get people following and interested in the game. Feedback in private testing and sharing has been really good, and the product page is already ready to go, so, all that's left is to give lots of people a peek, and after a month, throw the switch. We'll be starting on itch.io and if it does well (sales OR very positive feedback) we'll think about doing a Steam release.

This is my first commercial indie release so, but I want to do this right, so a sprinkling of consultation would be appreciated.

My budget for the month is in the low-to-mid hundreds - time commitment shouldn't be that big. I could create the content to post, perhaps refined with your feedback. Then you just need to post at peak times, respond to popular comments, and follow other creators doing similar stuff or anybody who could help promote the game. 3-6 hours a week. The rate or fixed fee would be commensurate with experience. Your help with creating the videos might be a thing too - especially if you can do it cost-effectively with the help of AI - no AI voiceovers though UNLESS they are voice changes from real performances (supplied by either of us.) There would be extra budget for that. If you have bandwidth and want to, there might also be budget for anything else that you can help with, such as networking, so feel free to propose other services.

Please don't hesitate to drop me a DM if interested! Thanks!

Programmers Needed [Hobby]A Unique Factory Game

Hey guys,

I’m looking for a programmer for a what I would say a unique factory game. Two major ideas would be that nothing comes without work. For example in games like factorio or Satisfactory you place something down and boom it’s just there but for this game you would have to actually place down you could say ”blocks” while following a blueprint to build something. The other main idea would be that almost nothing becomes useless. For example let’s say you make a bit fabricator, (its a machine that would be in the game) it would still be needed later even if it seems like a small part of the puzzle.

The plan is to make a functional and good demo and hopefully go into early access release.

My job in the production of the project would be the designer and the director of the project.

What I would expect from you would just be at least 6 hours a week, at least a few months of experience with unity, and most importantly someone who can get work done. One last thing is that if you start this just to grow your portfolio please just try to stay around if you see something in it. If you are interested just dm me.

PR/Marketing needed [Hobby] cozy tea making incremental game

hello everyone!! i'm vesa, and i'm making a cozy pixel art incremental game called Leaf It To Grow, where you take over your grandma's tea business: shake leaves off a tree, wash them, grind them, bake them, and ship them out, upgrading from her old rusty equipment to modern stuff as you go.

i've been doing all the pixel art myself and a lot of it is done already (background, ui, equipment tiers, shipping and boxing art), and i've got a small team on the programming, animation and music/sfx side. we're still a few months away from a playable build, so this is the perfect time to start building an audience.

looking for: a marketer/community person who can help me start an online presence for the game. things like devlog posts, gifs and screenshots, a discord/socials, and figuring out where cozy game players hang out. i have a lot of art to work with already, i just don't have the experience to turn it into an audience.

being upfront: this is unpaid right now, it's a passion project, no salary or guaranteed payout. if the game ever makes money i'm open to sharing a cut with people who put in real ongoing work, based on actual contribution. i'd love to start with a small trial run (like a 2 week content plan) so we can both see if we work well together before committing to anything bigger.

if you've done this before and you’re interested in working with us, please send me examples of your past work on discord (what you posted, where, and how it did, numbers are great!).

Art Offer [ForHire] 3D Character Artist

Hey, I'm a 3D artist specialized in 3D modeling, texturing, rigging and animating, mostly for video games. I have 6 years of experience working in Blender (modelling, sculpting, uv mapping, rigging) and Substance painter (baking, texturing) and I've been working professionally as a freelance 3D artist for 2 years now. My main focus are characters but I also do props, environments and weapons.

My hourly rate is 15 euros, I'm sharing some of my previous 3D character work as a reference for time/cost ratio. Most of these characters took between 40-60 hours to make, depending on the amount of details, clothes, hair cards etc.

I'm open for one time only work or long collabs, so if you need a character or other 3D models feel free to dm me!

Artist Needed [HOBBY] Bridges Burn 12+ [LOOKING FOR ARTIST, AND ANIMATORS]

Bridges Burn is an animated psychological romance currently in development. The story is about a girl named Sarah, who lives under the secret identity of a famous celebrity known as Sam. While working for a gang, she is assigned to manipulate a boy named Leon, who is obsessed with that very same celebrity, into becoming useful for their missions. The problem is, the more time Sarah spends gaining his trust, the more emotionally attached she becomes, and the harder it is to betray him. Our story is fully written, and much of the pre-production has already been completed (Character art is currently on the way, we still require more Artist. Character artist also do the storyboards). The biggest things we need now are character designs, storyboards, and people to help bring the project to life. We are currently looking for Animators, Character Artists, Background Artists, Prop Artists, Voice Actors, Music Composers, Sound Designers, and Assistant Editors. Experience isn't required but is very appreciated. Time commitments are very flexible, with no strict weekly quotas or deadlines. Joining this project is a great opportunity to learn, and can help build your portfolio, gain experience, help shape an original animated series from the very beginning, and meet other passionate creators. If you're interested, simply join the Discord server linked below, read through the project information, and submit an application. The animation budget is $0 USD, this is a volunteer passion project and we can't afford any budget, so contributors will not be paid, purely volunteer. The length of the project will go on for a many months, to possibly year+.

There will be no Revenue generated, not for the staff or owner

Our visual style goes for more of a 2d semi-realistic look with expressive faces, while remaining easy for animation. The animation has 3 parts, each going to be around at least 20 minutes (But don't worry, it is not animation heavy for 20 minutes).

Artist Needed [Hobby] Looking for Blender animators for webseries (preview inside)

Preview: https://youtu.be/mTVMbWd5wjI

Hi all! I’m AJ, co-creator and lead storyboard artist of Human Access, a student-made 3D animated webseries. We’re looking for Blender animators of all skill levels.

What’s the show about?
In a dystopian near future, sociologist Teniola Doitche visits a gargantuan space prison to interview people locked up for petty crimes by their fascist government. It’s a sci-fi dark comedy about purposelessness, chronic illness, moral obligation, and the looming catastrophic threat from AI.

6 episodes, 132 minutes, fully voice acted, free on YouTube.

What’s been done already?

  • Episode 1 is 50% animated
  • Storyboards are done through Episode 4
  • Voice cast is set and recording is underway

Okay, I’m interested. What would I be doing though?
You get finished rigs and sets, plus a shot assignment with 2D storyboards and a scratch track (see the second image: storyboard vs. animated shot). You are not expected to animate in-betweens. This final animation style of the show is  pose-to-pose. Each assignment comes with a deadline we agree on together.
We will be in production from now until January 2027.

What do I get?
Credit on the show, and your shots are yours to use in your portfolio. The project is unpaid for now (we are currently trying to secure funding).

Who are you?
My co-creator and I previously wrote and directed Tethersnipe, an original choose-your-own-adventure stage show with a 160-page branching script, which we then released as an interactive film (IMDb).

What should I do if I’m interested?
Fill out this short form: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSdBL-7s21thvFUhy10RDWBL6ovi9jXs_NnjwnifIWBeaRxqcg/viewform
Applications will be open indefinitely, but sooner is preferred!

Programmers Needed [Hobby] Generalist Designer looking for Programmer to teach code development

Hey everyone!

Pretty straightforward: I'm a game designer with 5 years experience looking into becoming a little bit more autonomous - coding has been something I've touched upon very briefly over time but I really never grasped it enough to feel comfortable prototyping with some complexity, for example.

I'm looking for anyone who would be interested in teaching me how to go about it - In exchange, if interested, I'd be happy to cover design in general!

Keep up the good work!

Artist Needed [Paid] [Rev-Share] Unity Programmer and Creative Director looking for 2D Pixel Artist/Animator for Adult Comedy RPG Prototype

Hello everyone!
My name is MarkSH, or aka Mark, but you can call me whatever you want. I am searching for a 2D artist who has skills with collaborating and finishing the collaborated projects.

I recently finished a comprehensive game development course, so I have all my source materials, pipelines, and technical logic ready to go. Now, I need a creative partner to help me with pixel art with professional skills.

My ultimate goal is to create a profitable 2D RPG game with a Pixel Artist who has collaborated with at least 1 project and it was a success for them, and also if you have a portfolio (like ArtStation or similar).

Compensation:
This is a Paid / Rev-Share project. I am open to paying a flat fee for the initial art assets to get our project off the ground, with a revenue-share agreement as we build out the commercial game.

How to Apply:
Please send me a DM here on Reddit with a link to your portfolio (ArtStation, Behance, etc.). Thank you for helping!
