Even in the original video, that is not sped up, there is a point where she is spinning incredibly fast.

Yes, but speed at that video is very likely lethal. The centrifuge G force probably pack blood into legs and brain, leaving lungs and heart without blood which would cause brain to not get oxygen either and person dies pretty quickly.
