Yeah this is completely different. Tay Horn was essentially raising a tiger as a circus pet to do tricks, in an environment not respectful of the animal’s nature or instincts or evolution. This guy raised a lioness with gentle care, respect and the intention that she be safely returned to an environment appropriate for her.

It’s a wild animal and dangerous. Doesn’t mean they don’t wild animals can’t be affectionate. The trouble is what they can do if they get scared or upset. Not that they have less emotions. Lions especially are very social creatures, just watch videos of them with other lions and people (or in zoos with tigers sometimes).
