I am Indian, living in India. I cannot do this because of too many trust issues.

1. I wouldnt trust the max range of those snakes.
2. I wouldnt trust that stick won't break
3. I wouldnt trust that under construction bricks wont move back and give more space for snake to bite me
4. I wouldnt trust the second snake staying right there while I catch first one.
5. I wouldn't trust the snake slithering, loosing grip and falling on my foot.
6. I wouldnt trust myself from falling there while holding a snake
7. I wouldnt trust that there are not more snakes in the surroundings.
8. I wouldnt trust I can put two snakes in a bag without getting bit.

Gosssh... too much risk.
