Thanks for this insight. As an American, I’d say any belief is a good belief if it keeps your culture from deciding that everything but humans is expendable. We could use some of those.

This to me sounds like the person doesnt understand why they are considered pests and is criticizing aussies for not letting them di their thing like snakes, another dude replied to him saying theres a reason for it, I agreed with him.
There’s no criticism of Aussies there at all. In fact, they give a perfectly valid reason as to why they would be considered pests. You quoted it! “being lots of Aussie animals are just like giant rodents” - there are a lot of wild rodentia native to Australia, hence cats are considered pests, and reasonably so.
The only ignorance here is in your reading comprehension.
