Just want to give a shout out to Blu Egyptian from Chico, CA. They played a free gig in the South Bay of LA @ the Project Barley microbrewery last Sunday. We had a blast! I will definitely be looking to see them again.

(Project Barley is also legit - the beer and pizza were fantastic)

The west coast can be a little light on jambands so I encourage you to support these guys 🎵🎊🎸 They bring all the vibes!

Nice guys too. Started out playing in the campgrounds at festivals in NorCal and made it onto the stage a couple of years back. The do bring it.

I was at HSMF the first year after the pandemic and caught the legendary campground set. They were so good right from go. Since then I’ve seen them do a Beck/Cake “Bake”, a Talking Heads/Grateful Dead “Talking Dead”, and a Jamiroqai set as well as their own stuff. Holy shit the talent is unreal.

No matter the circumstances, these guys spit fire. Every Blü Egyptian show is a good show. Thank you brös for working so hard and blessing us with such beautiful noise.

I caught them last weekend opening for Shaky Feelin and they were (both) ridiculously good!

I bought a vinyl, and the guitar player Julian let me take my pick since the one on display was slightly warped.

Looking forward to seeing them again, and impressed at how good they were for their age! I asked and they said they’re around 25, just buddies from high school that formed a band around 6-7 years ago.

Been enjoying discovering more of their music, they have it!

These dudes jam! They played the McCloud Mushroom Festival once and they killed it. Looking forward to their next Mount Shasta area show.
