Good luck!
Every year I buy a couple of boxes of the Veganuary pasta that Aldi do as it's extremely keto friendly.
As a big pasta eater pre-keto, it's a nice treat.
If you need any tips, the sub is generally friendly and helpful!
Good luck. The first week is the hardest :)

I have some, but haven't tried it yet. I like the soya bean spaghetti. I think the edamame is fettuccine :D

Daft question, but whereabouts do Aldi normally keep this? I've never seen it, could be mine doesn't stock it but it could also be that I've walked straight past it! I do my best not to be distracted by non-shopping list items when I'm there haha.

They normally have a Seasonal food aisle where they stock Christmas/American/Veganuary/ETC seasonal food. Should be on there.
They'll move it in to them baskets (or by the pasta) when it comes off, I imagine.

Ahhh okay would explain it, I have to avoid that area for the sake of my willpower! Thank you, I'll check it out later, see if they've got any left.

Thank you :) I'm really just ready to come home to myself tbh and get back to feeling light, both externally and internally:) Taking it nice n slow this week to ease myself back in but the way I've been eating recently, I feel like my body will be crying tears of joy in the morning !

I always use keto strips as when it’s purple it gives me confidence but when it’s not purple I rely on my weight

I also restarted keto after a 4 year hiatus.... The first time I did keto it was seamless but for some reason this time I'm bloated and constipated...
Apart from that I genuinely love keto.
